Ingredients :
-Potatoes 2 large ( Aloo )
-Salt 1 tsp ( Namak )
-Red chili Powder 1 tsp ( Lal Mirch Powder )
-Chaat Masala 1 tsp
-Black pepper Powder 1/2 tsp ( Kali Mirch powder )
-All purpose flour 1/2 cup or as required ( Madia )
Direction For Cooking :
-Take a potato cut into thin slice
-Add water as required wash properly twice.
-Strain all water then add into bowl then add salt , red chili powder , black pepper powder chaat masala and all purpose flour mix it altogether.
-Take a some mixture and fry it until golden brown use medium flame.
-Serve with any sauce.
